The Frito Lay Houston warehouse located at 3310 Hwy. 36, Rosenberg, celebrated its 40th year of operation Sept. 20.
Both Fort Bend County Judge KP George and Fort Bend County Precinct 1 Commissioner Vincent Morales, whose jurisdiction includes Katy, were in attendance for the company’s anniversary celebration. In June 2021, Fort Bend County and Frito Lay invested $220 million to expand the warehouse—increasing capacities, enhancing capabilities and enabling future growth, according to a press release on the company’s website.
