Four Fort Bend County neighborhoods landed in RCLCO’s Top 50 Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities of Mid-Year 2022. This growth is not expected to stop any time soon, with as many as 20,000 new homes being added within the next couple of years, Fort Bend is projected to reach 1 million residents in the next few years.

Our higher education institutions include the University of Houston at Sugar Land, Houston Community College Southwest, Wharton County Junior College, and Texas State Technical College, all working closely with local industries to develop the necessary human infrastructure and connectivity between education and work.
