RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s list of Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities for Mid-Year 2022 has recently revealed that Greater Houston is the top-performing metro in the country, with 13 of the top 50 best-selling communities located in Houston MSA. Within the Greater Houston Area, Fort Bend County dominates the field, with 4 Fort Bend communities making it in the top 50. Our master-planned communities are one of the drivers of the unprecedented growth we have experienced, now the fourth fastest growing county in the US based on numeric population growth.
